TAH Takes June 2025!

Coaching Wins, Conference Energy, and Next Steps.... Progress from The Athletes Health...

Hey TAH Titans,

Was it just me, or did June fly by in the blink of an eye? In that blink, we’ve been hard at work planning for upcoming parent-team meetings ahead of the fall sports season. If you yourself are attending, or have an athlete (or know a coach) attending these events, let us know! We’d love to bring some food and resources to briefly introduce what we do at TAH. But in the meantime…

Here’s a quick look at the latest updates from The Athletes Health (TAH):

1. Building Connections

This month, we had the chance to be a guest on the “LLL Chats: Men's Health Week with Gabe Rummel” hosted by Kellee Forkenbrock at the North Liberty Library. It was a great conversation around health and performance with the local community.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been meeting with college athletic programs, grant providers, top mental performance coaches, and even a few state leaders in high school sports and leadership. All great steps toward new collaborations and future growth!

2. EntreFest Business Conference

It’s not just about sports and mental performance… we walk the talk! We attended EntreFest, a business conference focused on growth, innovation, and strategy.

We gained new tools to elevate our service delivery and streamline our technology. The most exciting part? With more revenue coming in, we’re now able to bring on freelancers to help scale and support our growth. Every dollar TAH earns gets reinvested into the mission, including events like this and others we’ve got lined up for the fall!

3. More Coaching, More Data, More Growth

The data we’re collecting has been phenomenal. Together, with athletes and parents, we’re watching metrics like confidence, pressure handling, enjoyment, and mindset rise from a 4 to a 10 during our training. Of course, there are dips too. But that’s why we track the data, to keep adjusting and leveling up the process.

Closing

Even though June went by fast, it was packed with action and progress that will carry us through summer and into fall.
