Mid-Year Momentum: How Athletes & Teams Grew This Summer
Your July Updates from The Athletes Health
Hey TAH Titans,
July was a hot one, both in temperature and in progress! So why do pirates like swimming so much? I’ll answer at the bottom of this email.
Here’s a quick look at the latest updates from The Athletes Health (TAH):
1. Summer Season Wrap-Up

West Delaware’s baseball team’s last training session
Whether it was school baseball, club tournaments, or AAU basketball, we made the rounds this summer, and it’s tough to see the season come to a close.
A few team shoutouts:
Prairie made it to state and knocked off the #2-ranked team
West Delaware beat a team that had topped them twice earlier this season and nearly upset the top ranked Wahlert
Every team and athlete we worked with this summer made tremendous progress. We’re proud of each one, and excited to continue with many of them this fall!
2. Colorado Connections
This does not reference the connections, but rather proof of Colorado…
Small but mighty. While the mid-year Colorado trip may have seemed low-key, it led to some strong connections.
Colorado is home to a large number of sport psychologists and mental performance coaches due to its pro, Olympic, and elite youth training hubs. These early conversations will start to take shape over the next year, and yes, we now know to plan this with Iowa’s high school “dead week.” Lesson learned!
3. Investment For Growth
From new local partnerships (more to come soon!), to TAH apparel and merch ready to roll out, to reinvesting every dollar back into operations, we are all in on long-term growth.
We’re also expanding our reach by contracting out services that will help us serve athletes better and scale smarter. The roots are deep now. It’s time for the tree to grow.
Closing
This summer brought incredible growth, but now it’s time to 10x it through the second half of the year, and we’re already one month in!
TAH is doing everything to hit our Q3 goals. Are you?
We’ll update you again next month. Until then, if you have any updates, wins, or stories of your own, send them our way by replying to this email!
Keep going and growing,
Gabe
P.S. Pirates love swimming because… cannonballs
P.P.S. Thanks again! Reach out if you need anything, and feel free to forward this update to a friend who should join the team!
