April Showers Bring May Wins With TAH Updates Inside!
TAH is growing roots in the community. Here’s how April set us up.

Hey TAH Titans,
This past month might have looked a little dreary on the business side of TAH, but just like April rain, it’s setting the stage for major growth ahead! Here’s a look at what’s been happening behind the scenes:
1. Networking With Schools, Organizations, and Gyms
We called or visited a lot of coaches, athletic directors, gym owners, and managers to spread the mental game message, and wow, did we learn a lot.
A common theme? People know the mental side matters, but they don’t fully understand how, or know, to train it. Therefore, sometimes they say, “no.” Our conversations planted important seeds, even when the response was a “catch us next season” or “we’re too busy right now.”
Every one of those conversations helped us sharpen our approach, and they’re already setting up some exciting events coming in May!
2. Our 100th Podcast Episode

Big milestone alert: we hit 100 podcast episodes!
With a new cover and name, The Mental Performance Playbook, the podcast now aligns even tighter with the TAH brand. It’s SEO-friendly, it’s direct, and it’s literally a free playbook of mental performance strategies/exercises anyone can tune into.
Business growth has kept us from hosting as many interviews lately, but don’t worry, we’ve got some great ones coming soon. It’s amazing to see our vision of having athletes and coaches hit us up for the podcast actually happen. Stay tuned!
3. Free Workshops to Spread the Word

One thing has become crystal clear: “People know about the mental side of performance... but they don’t actually know about it or how to train it.”
That’s why we’ve been running free workshops where we show athletes, teams, and coaches exactly how mental training can level up their game.
Even with some family events pulling us away from a few workshops that were planned this month, we still made meaningful impacts, like this one with the Mount Vernon Girls Soccer team!
Expect many more workshops and team visits coming next month.
Closing
Looking back, April might have felt like rain showers more than blooming flowers. But if there's one thing we know from training the mental game, it's that the cold, damp days are what make the sunny days possible.
Here’s to the continued climb, and to your ongoing support that makes it all possible.
Stay dry (and stay ready),
Gabe
P.S. We’re hearing people out in the community talking about TAH, and that’s exactly what we want! Thank you for helping spread the mental game message. See you around!
